This style with single chain strap and curved front panel, also known as the "Diana bag," was recently resurrected by Chanel due to its popularity, but not again in this quality and craftsmanship.

In caviar pebbled leather, the bag is a unicorn due to the extreme limited production. This bag was usually produced in lambskin, and even then, it's hard to find something in great condition since it was produced so long ago. All black caviar bags made prior to 2009 have black interior.

The long single woven shoulder chain can be worn long cross body (as it is a single chain) or doubled up as a short clutch, and the versatility makes it convenient for either work or play. Instead of a double flap and double strap, there is one long strap, allowing for the chain to connect directly with the main base of the bag instead of the top flap, allowing for better durability and structure.
